Se spune ca printre cele mai mari frici ale oamenilor se claseaza frica de a vorbi in public si frica de moarte. Ei bine, poate ca va voi surprinde, dar pe langa aceste frici [cu care cred ca ne confruntam toti, cel putin la un moment dat] si printre altele, se claseaza una de proportii in topul meu - frica de ‘filosofeala’.
Si la ce ma refer cand spun frica de ‘filosofeala’? La faptul ca am avut mereu tendinta sa fug de gandurile mele [desi sunt o fire foarte ganditoare de felul meu] si de discutiile ‘filosofice’. De ce? Pentru ca mi-am dat seama la un moment dat ca poate gandesc prea mult, pentru ca aveam tendinta sa analizez unele lucruri pana la epuizare, sa visez cu ochii deschisi. Poate va intrebati ce e chiar asa de rau in asta. Nu e, dar poate fi cand te lasi consumat de ganduri care pur si simplu iti fac rau, ganduri de revoltare asupra lumii sau asupra unor lucruri cu care pur si simplu nu te poti impaca. Daca esti o fire sensibilia, nu are sens sa te gandesti la asemenea lucruri, pentru ca in mod sigur iti vor face rau. Asa ca la un moment dat [nici nu mai stiu exact cand] am incetat pur si simplu sa mai visez atat de mult cu ochii deschisi. Dar am aflat din proprie experienta ca nu poti sa fugi de gandurile tale, cel putin nu la infinit. Odata si-odata te vor ajunge din urma si te vor devora. Vor iesi pur si simplu la suprafata cand te astepti mai putin si vei fi invadat de atat de multe, incat vei simti nevoia sa urli pentru a putea pune ordine in ele si a le lua pe rand.
Am hotarat asadar ca e momentul sa-mi inving aceasta frica, pentru ca eu merg pe principiul ca orice teama trebuie infruntata si invinsa. Am hotarat sa-mi eliberez gandurile [si uite ca o fac deja], pentru ca cel mai rau lucru pe care-l poti face nu e sa gandesti prea mult, ci sa tii gandurile ferecate in tine, sa le lasi sa te consume incet-incet. Si daca nu gasesti o modalitate de a le exprima, cu siguranta vei fi consumat de ele.

Despre frica de “filosofeala” pot sa spun ca ea nu exista in mine….nu mai mi-e frica de mult:)
M-am obisnuit cu mine asa cum sunt…dornica sa vad toate aspectele unei probleme, unei idei, unui gand…
Pot sa spun ca asta m-a ajutat de mult mai multe ori decat daca as fi lasat totul asa cum era …sau asa cum parea sa fie…
E la fel de adevarat ca m-a si epuizat de multe ori…dar asta sunt eu…si cum spuneam, m-am obisnuit cu mine insami…
Cel mai tare insa ma doare cand cred ca si cei din jurul meu fac la fel….si constat ca nu-i asa….prea putini…
Oamenii au alte “treburi”
Nu spun ca ar trebui sa facem toti la fel, dar cred ca ar fi necesar sa dam putin mai multa atentie unor ganduri, unor idei, unor situatii, si poate ca ar fi mult mai bine….pt. noi…
Poate ca la mine vine din dorinta de a nu fi surprinsa in mod neplacut de unele situatii….poate ca vine din mai multe lucruri….

Da, este o frica pe care nu o invingi usor. Pentru a da un impuls sau o mana de ajutor tuturor voi pune degetul pe rana:
“Esti ceea ce gandesti” - In jurul acestei propozitii se va contura personalitatea fiecaruia, succesul in viata si tot ce este mai important. Alege-ti cu atentie gandurile pe care le hranesti pentru ca ele sunt mai pretioase ca diamantele! Si nu te feri de ele pentru ca ele te vor face sa stralucesti in multime!

@Remus: Intr-adevar, nu este usor sa invingi frica asta… nici o frica nu e usor de invins, la o adica, dar se poate!
Esti ceea ce gandesti - asa e, cata dreptate ai! Pentru ca totul se invarte in jurul gandurilor tale, absolut totul! Si nu poti sa-ti permiti sa te lasi consumat de ganduri negative, trebuie sa le alegi cu grija, cum ai spus tu… pentru ca daca gandurile pe care alegi sa le amintezi sunt unele pozitive si constructive, nu vei avea decat de castigat, pentru ca asa va fi si viata ta! Si sa stii ca si impulsul tau a fost de ajutor, multumesc!

De multe ori, cand gandesti prea mult, ajungi sa faci numai acest lucru si astlfel uiti sa mai traiesti in adevaratul sens al cuvantului. Analizatul situatiilor si gandurile pun stapanire pe tine si iti consuma fiecare strop de energie. Uneori e bine sa lasi unele lucruri sa treaca pur si simplu pe langa tine. Dar eu sunt de parere ca dorinta de “filosofeala” e innascuta. Unii nu pot trai fara “filosofeala”, fara esenta metafizica. And that’s me…

I do enjoy the way you have framed this specific matter plus it does indeed provide us some fodder for consideration.
