Traim in vremuri in care perfectiunea fizica e puternic mediatizata. Asadar, nu e de mirare ca noi, reprezentantele sexului frumos, am devenit practic mai mult sau mai putin obsedate de siluetele noastre si de felul in care aratam. Si nu e rau sa te preocupe felul in care arati, mai ales daca iei in considerare faptul ca aspectul fizic a devenit se pare un fel de criteriu social si ca un trup frumos e si sanatos in momentul in care aceasta frumusete este dobandita pe cai naturale si benefice pentru organism [nu prin diete drastice in urma carora pui inapoi mai multe kilograme decat ai dat jos sau prin cine stie ce pastile-minune care nu fac decat sa dauneze pe termen lung]… dar consider ca e rau cand aceasta preocupare devine excesiva si ajunge sa ne manance foarte mult din timpul si energia noastra si cand ajungem sa ne descarcam frustrarile in fata iubitilor sau sotilor nostri. Pe termen lung, acest comportament devine auto-distructiv.
De ce ne discreditam in fata lor cu afirmatii de genul “Vai, ce celulita am!”, “ce pernite am facut”, “ce burta am”, “ce cercane, ce riduri”, “ce sani mici”, etc. cand de fapt majoritatea dintre ei nici nu observa sau poate nu le pasa de aceste mici defecte pe care noi le vedem catastrofale? Era un banc [sau o statistica, nu mai stiu exact] care zicea ca majoritatea femeilor se simt mai in largul lor cand se dezbraca in fata unui barbat decat a unei femei, deoarece femeile sunt critice si invidioase, pe cand barbatii sunt doar recunoscatori. E adevarat. Si prin afirmatiile noastre disperate nu facem decat sa-i uimim sau sa le deschidem ochii asupra acestor defecte, cand ei de fapt poate [si aproape sigur] ca nu ne vad asa. Si de ce facem asta? Pentru ca orice femeie simte nevoia sa fie linistita, sa fie sigura pe ea si sigura pe faptul ca iubitul sau sotul ei nu o vede asa, sa fie puternic contrazisa in afirmatiile ei prin vorbe precum “esti superba, draga mea”, “esti perfecta”, “esti cea mai frumoasa”… si nimeni nu ne poate invinui, pentru ca doar noi stim cum ne simtim cand ochiului nostru iubitor de frumusete nu-i mai place ceea ce vede in oglinda.
Si totusi, majoritatea barbatilor care iubesc vad perfectiunea femeii iubite, frumusetea ei per ansamblu, si nu defectele acesteia. Iar barbatii pentru care aspectul fizic primeaza poate ca nici nu ne merita. Adadar, de ce sa nu lasam barbatii sa vada perfectiunea ansamblului si de ce sa le atragem privirea asupra defectelor? Cel mai bine cred ca ar fi sa incercam sa ne pastram gandurile negative de acest gen pentru noi insene si sa incercam sa facem ceva in legatura cu ele, sa incercam sa ne simtim bine in pielea noastra printr-un ritm [si nu regim] de viata sanatos, cu o alimentatie adecvata si sport. Iar daca noi ne vom simti bine in pielea noastra, cu siguranta vom scapa si de aceste tendinte auto-distructive.

Daca toate ar gandi cum? Nu cred ca mi-ai citit cu atentie articolul… nu incurajam deloc delasarea, dimpotriva, am incurajat o viata si o alimentatie sanatoase si sportul… eu ziceam ca e rau cand aceasta preocupare devine o obsesie care nu te mai lasa sa functionezi in mod normal! Mi-am lansat si eu o mica facere ca sa ii spun asa de acasa.De…criza ne impinge la multe.In fine…Sunt cateva chestii pe care le fac eu,sau le cumap si le vand.Sunt chestii destul de speciale si de diferite de ce gasesti in mod obisnuit pe piata,si sunt la niste preturi foarte joas(dupa parerea mea,in comparatie cu alte locuri pe unde le-am mai vazut pe cele nefacute de mine).Asa ca te rog sa imi permiti sa imi pun adresa blogului pe al tau,si daca iti plac chestiile pe care le fac,poate mai recomanzi si altora.Ms
