Sunt un mare fan al filmelor (bune, evident), dar le si selectionez cu mare grija, deoarece recunosc ca nu pot sa urmaresc orice. Daca filmul pe care aleg sa-l vizionez nu imi place dintr-un motiv sau altul, nu il mai urmaresc pur si simplu, deoarece nu concep sa-mi irosesc energia si timpul cu ceva care mie cel putin mi se pare inutil sau dezagreabil. Cam in acelasi fel procedez si in ceea ce priveste cartile. Nu puteam asadar sa nu aduc vorba de Sex and the City, unul dintre serialele cele mai dragi mie si care mi-a captat intreaga atentie inca de la primul episod.
Da, da, deja stiu ce vor spune majoritatea baietilor cel putin…ca totul se invarte doar in jurul sexului si a unui grup de fete care stau la taclale pe marginea acestui subiect. Indraznesc sa contrazic aceasta parere generala. Sex and the City nu vorbeste doar despre sex sau despre city. Este vorba despre mult mai mult. Dupa parerea mea, serialul reuseste sa realizeze in primul rand o fina analiza a relatiilor interumane, a relatiilor de cuplu, a prieteniilor si a felului in care reactionam la diverse situatii din viata de zi cu zi. Este adevarat, cateodata aceste situatii sunt duse putin la extrem si multi dintre cei care am urmarit cu drag acest serial nu am face probabil niciodata unele dintre nebuniile savarsite de catre cele patru personaje principale, dar, si subliniez dar, toate aceste situatii nu fac decat sa ne descreteasca fruntile prin comicul incredibil si prin faptul ca ele sunt cele care creeaza la urma urmei farmecul serialului.
In al doilea rand, cred ca orice femeie s-a regasit in cel putin una dintre aceste situatii sau in cel putin unul dintre personajele feminine, fie ca e vorba de creativa si indrazneata Carrie, de nebunatica Samantha, de sensibila si romatica Charlotte sau de rationala Miranda. In oricare dintre ele v-ati regasi, nu se poate sa nu iubiti aceste fete sau replicile extraordinar de bine gandite (precum tot serialul de altfel) si savuroase sau stilul delicios de a scrie al lui Carrie. Eu cel putin m-am regasit de nenumarate ori in felul de a gandi al lui Carrie Bradshaw, in stilul ei retoric, savuros si uneori ironic de a scrie pentru rubrica ei de ziar.
Daca privim dincolo de aparente, avem multe de invatat din acest serial. Si nu cred ca am intalnit vreo fata care sa nu-l adore. Cat despre baieti, poate ar fi bine sa-i mai dea o sansa…macar pentru faptul ca este deosebit de comic si, cum ar spune chiar fetele, ‘it’s fabulous’.

Probabil ca au ales titlu si scenele exagerate fix pentru a atrage atentia - cum ai spus si tu - Sex and City…daca mai pui si 4 femei, presari un scenariu bine gandit, succes garantat.

am tot incercat sa vad ce e misto la el si n-am reusit. fostul meu prieten era fan (si recunostea :P), mie mi s-a parut intotdeauna exagerat si/sau plictisitor. n-am stat niciodata sa barfesc cu prietenele despre barbati, pentru ca mi se pare ca e o chestie mult prea personala ca sa fie disecata in public, hainele lui carrie despre care tot citesc ma lasa reci… nu zic ca e complet neinteresant serialul, dar mie pur si simplu ideea lui de baza imi displace. deci uite ca-s si fete care nu-l adora

Suntem unice si avem dreptul sa ne placa sau sa nu ne placa ceva :)… iti inteleg oricum punctul de vedere, serialul poate parea exagerat si/sau plictisitor, acuma depinde din ce punct de vedere il privesti :)… cat despre barfe, nu cred ca putem ‘aspira’ la un asemenea nivel de barfit… doar traim intr-o lume mai ‘reala’, si cum ai spus tu, unele lucruri sunt strict personale… si totusi, mie mi-a placut ideea serialului

urmaream sex and the city cu fostul meu prieten si lui ii placea f mult de Carrie, nu ca personaj ci ca aparitie. Eram f iritata de chestia asta, pt ca mie personal Carrie mi se pare f uratica.
